"A nice boutique hotel with friendly staff, though its not staffed 24hrs, but there is the main hotel further up the road if you have problems. It's little out of the way from the main shopping area, but its walkable and closer to the Euromast and Museums area. A pleasant 15 minute stroll from the central train station and I felt safe walking that on my own at 12pm as well lit. Situated in a quiet residential area. "Great about everything except parking. There is none. You cannot drive to the property. No streets go to it. We parked illegally after driving in circles for 30 minutes trying to find a street to hotel. We eventually found a parking garage about 2 blocks away and walked to hotel. But area and hotel are good. Just know about driving "
