"We arrived at the villa late evening where the key was left for us in the key safe, Karen had given us instructions to open it and get settled in and she'll visit in the morning as we were meeting friends that evening. The villa was like new fresh bright and very welcoming, the pool area was a good size and catches the sun all day. All the rooms have air-conditioning which we used whilst we were there it does run on a meter of 1&2 euro coins as described in the literature. All said an excellent...

"Easy walk to main street in Puerto del Carmen, a bit of a hill on the way back. Lovely quiet villa with sea views. 3 good sized bedrooms and great living space. No bbq although listed as having one. Great washing facilties. Permitted a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Small Supermarket 3 minute walk away."

"We loved our stay at the villa, it had everything we needed including a dishwasher, aircon and tv with disney+ / netflix. The pool was cleaned midweek and we also had fresh towels left out for us half way through our stay which was really appreciated. The view from the balcony was our favourite, particularly in the morning enjoying a coffee. The location is ideal just up the road from the main promenade and lots of parking outside for our hire car. Just a couple of areas they could improve on...

"We were so happy to return to this lovely villa. The bubbly to celebrate dad’s 80th was appreciated. The villa ticks all our boxes for a perfect stay. Comfortable & quiet but all the resort amenities very accessible. It was great to use the heated pool in late November. A really lovely holiday."

"The property needs updating on arrival we had to ask for more cutlery only one wine glass the rest was the size of sherry glass no bread knife the pizza oven was unusable broken/ cigarette butts left in there the bq utensils was old and wouldn’t want to cook with the living room furniture was not the same as shown on internet old very worn dirty coffe table edgeing broken the bed sheets and covers smelt the bath with shower had mould all round it and no were to hang shower head the mixer taps...

"This is a lovely villa and is my 3rd time staying but I noticed this time it could do with a makeover. The TV needs to be replaced as there was a line down middle and usually we wouldn't watch Tv on holiday but the Euros were playing. The outdoor patio has loose tiles and the inside of the pool was looking yellow The rooms without air con should have additional ventilation especially the downstairs room - it was stifling Whole villa is looking tired and needs some work done to justify...
