"The hotel is very relaxing, the atmosphere is serene. We stayed in December and it had a number of heated pools. There were always available sun loungers. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. "

"Spent 10 days here before Christmas. The hotel is fabulous. It's a very relaxed 5 star. We had a very spacious modern room overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Great shower and extremely comfortable beds. The balcony was well equipped with 2 comfortable armchairs, a small table and a sun lounger. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool as well as cabanas and other seating. The pool was heated which is a great bonus at this time of year. There's a paddle/tennis court and mini golf. There is a great range of yoga/fitness classes everyday. They are included in the price. The instructors were very professional and helpful. They were also a good way to meet other guests. We stayed on a breakfast and evening meal basis. Both were buffet style with lots of choices and freshly cooked options. We thought we would skip a few dinners, but there was nowhere nearby that served the same quality of food. The staff everywhere in the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and always went out of their way to help and to simply chat to guests. They seemed genuinely interested in you. They remember preferences in the restaurant. In terms of location , it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. The main entrance is on the main road, but it has a gate directly into the promenade with it's cycle and walking paths and the beach."

"Fabulous location within 10 min walk of restaurants and bars at the harbour. Has its own tennis and padel courts. Good evening entertainment and fabulous breakfast buffet. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly."

"Lovely hotel, great location. Fantastic facilities, everywhere was spotless. Animation team were lovely and the classes were great. Went with the prefared club which is well worth it for the lovely infinity heated pool alone. Got a lovely receptionist who welcomed us, didn't get her name but she had short grey hair and glasses. We also got an upgrade which was brilliant and really appreciated.Having the minibar topped up every day was super and the turn down service was a nice touch. The only reason I didn't give 5 star for staff was because the chefs who do the omelettes & fried eggs were grumpy and rude. Breakfast is until 10:30 but if you know what's good for you, you won't go to get an egg after 10:20."

"Great hotel, love the fact that you can be in your room within half hour of the plane touching down. The food is great, plenty of selection, great drinks and lovely staff. "

"What a gem of a hotel, staff amazing, not overcrowded, food fantastic, all inclusive is from the time you arrive to when you leave, not like other hotels. We usually stay in villas or air b&b,s but this hotel has changed our minds. Massage was also one of the best we have ever had! Highly recommended."
