Added bonus is the included underground car park for 1 car, with a lift to help unload the luggage - very unusual in El Charco! "Simple property, great value for money. Great sea views - both front and back of property. Easy walk to restaurants. Pool was lovely. Snorkelling in cove just next to the apartment was beautiful. Quick transfer from the airport - hire car not necessary. Owner met us at the apartment for check in and was able to provide flexibility for our early arrival. Only comment - lack of shade by the pool, a parasol would have been useful. There was no air conditioning but this wasn’t needed as the sea...

"It was our second time staying at this lovely apartment. We enjoyed the last time so much we decided to return. It is clean, spacious, well furnished and conveniently located close to both the beach and local shops. It is also quiet at night and well ventilated thanks to fans in the adult bedrooms and a fan and air-conditioning unit in the sitting room. "Great quiet location minutes walk from good restaurants and the beach we were met by the owner Jorge who explained everything to us, throughout the whole booking process Jorge has been most helpful answering any queries very quickly even arranged for flowers to be delivered for my wife’s birthday the apartment itself is stunning really beautiful comfortable place to stay all the facilities were exceptional will no doubt stay there again in the future ."

"We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon. "

"Really big spacious apartments, pool area is big always managed to get a sun bed when coming back from a walk in the middle of the day. Activities for the children and the hotel cleaners were always busy offering to clean and replenish rooms"

"Overall we had a lovely week staying at the Secrets Lanzarote Resort. We award a 5* for the staff, especially Macarena, Head of Customer Experience, for her professionalism, approachability, and all round efforts to make our stay go well. Any disappointment we felt was more around the island itself, which doesn't offer a great deal for the visitor who doesn't want to sit by the pool all day every day. But we were saved by having hired a car and we explored what little there is on the island. Secrets is a 4 * hotel which is comfortable and welcoming and a relaxing place to be. "
