"We were greeted with a cold hand towel and a juice - lovely. Easy check in. Room was huge and very clean. We had no hot water but when we told them about this they quickly fixed the problem. The swimming pool was pristine. The only problem with the pool is that it was quite exposed - no screen from the driveway. We got our laundry done - reasonable price by the kilo and fast return. The communication before arrival was good but the reception staff looked very worried if we asked for anything....

It was flowers on the bed for my girlfriends birthday. Then we asked if we could have one more breakfast as we were still hungry as compensation for not having power for the day and then they said no, which wasnt a big deal.
