"Nice rooms and comun area. No elevator and had to carry suite cases 3flights!! Had no water for a day and a half do to a breakdown. Great breakfast and location!!"

"Mateo was excellent in communicating with me before coming over because I was going to be late. Siriana and Maria Laura were all so helpful during my whole stay and made my stay very pleasant throughout the 5 days I stayed at Bastione Spasimo, I would only suggest that the cleaning staff would clean the bathroom floor every day."

"This hotel was a fantastic find! In the heart of Palermo within walking distance to almost everything you would want to see or do. Short walk to the bus/train station for day trips or excursions. Elevator was accessible. Room was large and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of shopping and eating just steps outside of the door. Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"Great location. I felt very safe. The room and bed were small, but I knew that going in, so it was as expected. Great neighborhood, within walking distance to great sites, and great restaurants. For a solo traveler I would highly recommend. I would stay there again. "
