"Interesting room design, where the bathroom does not have a proper door but separate from living area with a curtain. Room can be stuffy at times especially if you are used to AC. If you need to store luggage after checking out, it is in a locked room but luggage will not be labeled or checked by staff. Location is walkable to Zurich station but probably not recommended if you have big luggages with you. "

"The place is few blocks from Kloten banhoff, but but no direct train from the airport . The Bus number 135 is only 7 mins that drop you off in front of Kloten train station. Nice burger restaurant next to the hotel. The Kloten banhoff is only few mins to Zurich HB. "

"Breakfast was very nice, the knsite restaurant offered a delicious menu, we ate there one night. Location is good, right on Tram 4, easy to get into the Old City and to trains and bus terminals for transfers and excursions. It is a simple room, clean but a bit of toucb up paint would go a long way to make it seem cleaners/fresh. "

"Everthing was great! the food at the restarant and the buffet were amazing. The bed was very confortable and the room clean. It would've been perfect, but THE ONE thing we didn't like happened wehn we left. We needed a taxi to the airport and we were told the hotel has a taxi company the work with, so they called one for us. we were told the taxi accepted card, but once we got to the airport the driver was very insistent that he wanted cash. "I liked this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. Breakfast was good and they had complimentary drinks and soft drinks available at all times. My only issue is that if your room faces the street, it can get extremely noisy. I’m not sure if it comes from the bar across the street and just people walking in the area in general, but their were 2 nights where I was woken up at least 3 times because of people yelling outside. It’s not something that can be helped but still...

"We had a great time in Zurich. The property is centrally located and within walking distance from all major attractions in the City. "I booked this for a business colleague. She was happy with the accomodation. Later I booked here again directly with the hotel for Family members with mobility constraints. While they assured me the room was accessible, it was only accessible from the ground floor to the room, the room itself was not all that accessible, the bathtub is very high and difficult to get in and out of for those with mobility issues. "Lovely boutique hotel with updated amenities. Rooms are small but adequate. 10 minute walk to tram station. No dining options nearby. Breakfast area small with good choices. Big umbrellas provided for guests, which we appreciated in the rain."

"Everything was neat and organized and it was nice to have a mini refrigertor in the room. Mia and the staff were fantastic and helpful with several issues. Room was a little tight for an extended stay. Very little room on sude of Queen Bed. The "Queen" bed was two beds put together but it worked with one fitted sheet tieing the beds together. Suggestions... Directions on heating use - also note somwhere that AC turned off for "winter" Lastly...more counter space in the bathroom"
