"We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanview on level 3 and it was perfect. Staff greeted us well and were friendly, the rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable and the view was amazing. Their was a slight unpleasant smell (kind of like a wet dog) when we first entered but could be the age of the building or other factors (maybe carpets could do with a refresh) but once we had the balcony door open and over the next couple of days it didn't bother us at all. "We arrived out of hours but were given clear information about access to find our two bedroom accommodation that was excellent. Clean, well equipped and highly recommendable. "We had a dog friendly cabin. Loved the gated verandah area for us and our dog. However, the cabins available for pet owners are old and badly in need of maintenance. The sliding doors to both bedrooms were inoperable. Otherwise the cabin contained all we needed and we enjoyed our stay. "
