"Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!"

"Very comfortable but washroom door was broken. It was a family so understandable otherwise I would’ve been hard and they told me I get the best view, but there was trees blocking the view. And I paid higher price for the full view "

"I’d stay here again. I chose this hotel because of the free parking. The rooms are average, and a bit rough looking but not at all dirty. The pool and lobby are nice, and the walk to the falls was great. Plus it was a nice surprise that we could see the New Year’s Eve fire works show from our room!"

"I realize this hotel is at a casino, but it smelled of cigarette smoke bad! I got a non-smoking room and the hall ways were bad too. The room was wonderful and the view was amazing! The room was a highlight of our trip."
