"A clean hotel, not fancy but great walking location to Copacabana Beach, bars and restaurants. The thing that makes this hotel have a terrific star rating is the staff. Well organised with reception staff going the extra mile, with assistance and care about their works. The front of house show that they are there to help, the person looking after bags, the staff at breakfast are the same. "

"O hotel é bom. A cama, lençóis, travesseiros e toalhas do quarto que fiquei são muito confortáveis. Diria que o banheiro é desajustado. O sanitário fica sobre um degrau e deve incomodar pessoas baixas. A pia, por outro lado, é mais baixa que o normal. O chuveiro não tem box, mas cortina e não tem barreira para conter a água que espalha um pouco pro meio do banheiro. O chuveiro é a gás, a água quente tem pouca vazão e esquenta o suficiente pro banho apenas. O café é muito bom."

"Location is amazing, preferred to park the car next door and use Uber for everything, traffic in Rio can be very confusing and not very pleasant to deal with. Hotel has a deal with the car park, very handy. Room need a little update but overall, a good stay. "

"The hotel is adressed in a nice neighborhood, not far from the beach. The area around has some facilities like a shopping mall, subway station and restaurants. The room itself is quite small and there is no luxury. However, it is affordable, clean and provides what is expected for a budget hotel."

"Property next to airport. Ideal stay for people with early flights. Lots of aircrew stay here. They have 24 hr shuttle to airport every 20 minutes "
