"Booked 2 nights as husband had a stroke and was nearby in hospital. Picture of hotel was good and room said mini bar for use and essentials. Arrived to a building site, hotel was in a building zone and it was horrendous. If we wanted breakfast it would be impossible as there was no restaurant just a hole with concrete posts and no roof. " The hotel in general and our room in particular was clean, refreshed and welcoming. The pool T was perfect, kids loved the water slide. There was an issue with the payment, but the staff worked out the problem and it was solved in the end. Overall an amazing 3 days there. "

"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"Sweet little hotel in the middle of the pedestrian zone of old Plovdiv. A refurbushed house, it has quirks but also modern amenities like AC, lovely bath, etc. The welcome from the staff was great; having guest names written on little chalkboards to welcome us is a cute touch. Most importantly, they were super helpful when I realized I'd left something behind - immediately responsive and kept it safe until I could return. "We stayed a week in the hotel. Dimitri was excellent from the time we arrived and very helpful. Explained all the places to visit and how to get there. Breakfast was good and kept us going all morning and also varied daily. Final day my wife left her phone in the taxi and Dimitri helped us by calling the taxi driver and got him to deliver it it to the bus station."

"Gem of a property in the city centre. Very clean, modern and has all the amenities. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Round the corner from restaurants and other eateries and supermarkets! Amazing experience. Loved it. "

"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "
