"Loved it! A large mountain home. Plenty of space for family movie and game night. Large hot tub. The sunroom off the master is where I spent most of my time. Wall to wall windows put you relaxing in the trees. The backyard stairs go into the water. So much fun."

"We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this great place. We were immediately impressed with the entrance and amenities at Bear Lake Reserve. We were surprised at the driving distance from the entrance to the house. It took about 20 minutes to drive 5 miles. But it was a beautiful scenic ride. "The house itself was very clean and overall we really enjoyed the stay. The issues i have are 1 i was under the impression that the grill was available for use, which everything was there but the LP tank was empty so the Steaks i bought to grill had to be broiled instead and the Burgers i bought to grill had tk be cooked on the stove top. It was mentioned in the add that there was 1 outside camera which was true but it was said it was facing the driveway which it was not. It was facing the deck...
