"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations. "View from our room was INSANELY BEAUTIFUL. From the balcony we saw mountains, nature, and water. And it was a quiet area. The restaurant downstairs was very very pretty and delicious. And the dessert looked like it was from a fancy 5 star restaurant. Short drive from lake como which is very beautiful and walkable. And there were parking spaces available in the front and back."

"Lovely hotel, on site parking which was free on the Sat night/sunday we were there - may be payable @ other times. We booked a family room with one large double and two single beds. Lovely big room with lots of space. Even though the shower was a little tired I liked that the main bathroom had an attached room with an additional large sink which allowed others to wash/brush teeth while someone else was secure in the main shower room/toilet.
