"Can’t make my mind up about this hotel. There is a great pool - definitely nice to enjoy after early starts on various tours. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. However facilities in the room were quite basic. Having a fridge was a bonus however there was no safe in the room which is pretty standard nowadays. Also no AC or fan in the room which given the heat again is something I would’ve expected. The curtains over the door aren’t block out so let a lot light in - thankfully I’d packed...

"This was an amazing 5 day stay. Lidia at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind to us, helping us with orientation to the town and some communication with tour operators. The hotel also arranged inexpensive shuttle transportation to and from the airport in Calama. "
