"We had a wonderful stay for three nights over New Years. All of the stay were very helpful and bilingual. The location of the hotel we excellent, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the center of town, very convenient. All of our meals were great, the room very clean and the WiFi worked throughout. "Brandon and his team were absolutely fantastic during our 3 night stay. The hotel is very customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were visible the whole time, there was a complementary cheese & wine event, the handyman even cleaned bird poop off our rental car. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels over decades of travelling and the Pascual Andino was one of the best purely from a customer service point of view. Many thanks Brandon & the team! "

"It is nice and tidy. Very well located in the heart of the town, at a walking distance from the restaurants, bars and shops. The bed was very comfortable. The place is quiete, not much activity within the hotel althought there is two nice commun areas."

"Website should be proactive and notify weekly about weather conditions. It is important to advise what clothing to pack for different explorations. When exploration is at 5K altitude in spring, there could be very low temperature, which requires winter clothes. At the same date bike exploration at the hotel altitude requires light clothes as it is extremely hot."

"The hotel was nice. Unfortunately we got a dark room without much of natural light. The property owner offered to move us to a room with a window but we did not want to move for the remaining of our stay … just two more nights. Our room could use a little bit of upkeep. Place is built of adobe and some parts are peeling a bit. The room was comfortable and spacey and staff were nice and accommodating. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown to shops and dining. "

"My wife and I stayed at Jardin Atacama for about a week and we loved the place! It is a comfortable, private and quiet property located right on the edge of San Pedro's downtown core. It is very easy to get in or out by car if you drive and you can easily walk to all the restaurants and stores downtown. "I did not stay here. Room was hot, no hot water Restaurant was not operating. Receptionist agreed room were not acceptable and no charge would be made. We went elsewhere. But charges were made anyway"
