"The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was great, but there were no English TV channels - only Croatian. There were no tea/coffee...

"The perfect hosts and the perfect location. This family run hotel is such a gem. Located so close to the old own of Split its a great location to start exploring the beauty of the city. My room was clean, had all the amenities I needed and was just all around cosy. The owners will go out of their way to help as well and offer a transfer to and from the airport. "The ceiling on master bed was leaking sewage water on the 2nd day. The staff couldn’t do anything but giving us another spare room. However that room was having obnoxious smell. The staff confirmed the smell was from the sewage drain. Overall it’s a bad experience, but staff was friendly even though not helpful "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed in the annex and it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Very convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the local bus station where you can get buses to the airport and Klis castle etc really easily. About 15 min walk to the palace and waterfront. Roof top pool and hot tubs a massive plus. We would definitely stay again "
