This was not our first stay at the hotel, but it may be the last. Had to change rooms after the first night due to sewer smell in the room. Coffee pot didn’t work. In the second room, coffee pot didn’t work, had to call everyday for service to come to the room for standard service. Hit up for “loyalty program”. Concierge notified over things and stated he would take care of but never did. I know the things seem little. There are more, and it was the little things that add up. It just wasn’t the same experience and we feel a little let down.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly good, always attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. The service overall was excellent. The beach access is great, and if you are looking for some quiet time, the beach is definitely the better option. The pool is okay, but it’s more for entertainment rather than swimming. Foodwise, everything was good, but nothing stood out, the quality is okay, just not exceptional. The location is also good, safe and convenient, just a 3-4 min drive to other restaurants and clubs, or even walking distance. The gym was okay, not the best but functional.

Very well insulated rooms. No outside noice. Property is well maintained and clean. A lot of plants that makes you feel like in jungles.

I’m well traveled and been to many all inclusives. Property was nice but nothing above and beyond like other resorts. No welcome drink, no nite snacks around resort (24 hr room service). Water is lovely but sand to resort wall is short. Food is below average compared to other resorts I’ve been to. Buffet was ok, desserts were above average though. None of the restaurants blew us away. The Thai one was best. This is a Mexican resort so I expected excellent Mexican food. Nope. Its a good place and we had a blast but I wouldn’t go back.

Fiesta Americana condesa Cancun is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in The food was beyond exceptional We will stay here time and time again and we will tell all of our friends about this place 12 star place!!!!

We had a great time! We were celebrating a birthday and the staff really went above and beyond leaving rice artwork that said ‘happy birthday’ in our room. We booked the premium room with plunge pool and it was great! I’m glad we made that choice. There are a number of restaurants on site but our favorite was the buffet, as they would have a lot of different things to try, changing up what was available daily. On our last night, they had a seafood buffet which was excellent.

Everything was great! The restaurant are fantastic.. San Telmo restaurant had a great steak! And chef Gabriel in the Italian was attentive and food was amazing! Only giving 4 starts because I asked a week prior to our arrival that both rooms mine and my friends were decorated with a birthday sign and after acknowledging the request only 1 room was decorated, when I went to the front desk to ask about I was told there was nothing that could be done.
