"The room was very large. Lots of space and the bed was comfortable. Needed some extra pillows. Quiet. Good price and well placed for accessing Southend shopping and theatres. The carpets in the room could do with being replaced as many stains."

When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me. He quickly removed what appeared to be used towels from the bathroom and replaced them.
