Staff were very pleasent, the room was so quiet except when open to the balcony...the sound of lapping waves...so relaxing. It poured while we were there so we weren't in a rush to get out and about. "We were pleasantly surprised and the price for the location can’t beat it. Hotel and rooms all clean but restricted services due to corona. Things could be touched up a bit on the swim area to make it more attractive but again it’s corona year and investing with few guests can be an issue. However, the use of aircon was only poss by plugging the unit into a neaby socket - the socket dedicated to the aircon unit was locked off. "I felt at home. Very spacious apartments, clean and modern. I liked the wooden floors and tiled bathroom. Everything you need is there in the apartment, even a small kitchenette. We had a lake view room and views were amazing. Very warm welcome from the reception and smiley faces. Straight into stresa streets so we didn’t have to drive.
