"I enjoyed my stay here, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was a little old-looking but comfortable enough for me. I had a balcony room, which was nice for sitting out there with a local brew, watching a bustling street."

"The pinnacle is a good hotel but it used to be excellent . The staff are still excellent but its beginning to show its age like all other hotels do. The food on the nenu is excellent but the breakfast is limited. The biggest downside i found was the shower curtin. It had clearly seen better days and should have been replaced. Would i stay there again. I am doing."

"Overall the stay was ok except for thin blanket in aircon room, didn’t realise how many stairs I had to climb to get to second floor as was not good for me so won’t be staying there again, location great as lots of local shops around for food shopping so ideal for young people or backpackers "

While the American breakfast was acceptable, it was insufficient and additional food was charged, and the other breakfast options were limited, of poor quality, and also insufficient.
