What’s there not to like about this Hotel. Everyone from security to front desk staff to restaurant workers always treat us well. That’s mainly the reason we have stayed at this hotel in Davao more than 25 times.

The staff were all good and it’s a great location. My only disappointment was that i was there for 3 weeks and the toilet was not cleaned for 3 weeks and towels were not changed everyday. But I enjoyed staying there and the restaurant food was excellent

I have always stayed at Pinnacle when I visit Davao City, and was always happy about my stay…however, on this occasion, I felt the room I was in was not very clean, curtains falling off the rail, facing another bedroom window, toilets not very sanitised.

Very strict on Check In/Out, has P1000 Deposit for check in & P500 Deposit for requesting another key card, room is big which is nice but A/C isn't cooling since everything shuts off when key card is removed if youre eating out which a bit inconvenient esp if you have a gadgets that needs charging, found cheaper options near the area which we think is more premium than this hotel.

I’ve always stayed at Pinnacle Hotel when I visit my family ever since Marco Polo shut down. I always find it was quite convenient and the staff are friendly…however, this stay, I was a bit disappointed about their breakfast service! They ALWAYS ran out of fruits, dishes, Filipino kakanin and they were not topped up quickly, causing guests to wait 15-20 for a single dish ! If a paying guest dines, food should be available…

I have stayed at Pinnacle three times previously and this time, I have to keep asking the staff to refill the breakfast as the the containers were empty and the fruit platters were always empty!!! You should have someone checking the amount of food as it’s annoying to keep waiting!

Staff at the front desk aren’t very nice, she let me stand waiting with out even saying anything until I finally ask her to check in and she just said “ wait lang sir”. Not very friendly at all..

No early check-in . Hot tub is not hot. Waited 45 minutes for someone to come check but no one showed up despite 3 requests from me. They kept saying someone was coming ....but it was ok. Grwat neighborhood

There were bugs in the room and beddings were dingy, pillows were so lumpy, and the towels were gray which I’m sure were white at one time. When I brought my concern to the staff’s attention they offered me another room but not that much different. They said they have a better room but I will have to pay extra for it. We had a 3 day reservation but checked out in less than 24hrs. I was not spending another penny on this hotel. I don’t know how this hotel even stay in business and I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND booking your stay here.

Processes in front desk are annoying. It takes too much time issuing a receipt. Gestures are not welcoming. They are not helpful to customers. There is only one key for a room with 2 occupants.
