The property was nicely maintained, all public areas new and clean, and the public bath amazing! We slept soundly in comfortable beds and enjoyed a spacious and clean bathroom. 10/10!"

The shuttle service was good however being that it’s a little out of the city it would be more convenient to have a rental car. Wonderful & relaxing family holiday. "Such a cute place to stay. I stayed for a night coming back from Annupuri since it’s the closest resort to the hotel. Staff were so sweet to explain the facility in english. My room was super clean and so were the shared showers and washroom. All the amenities were there for use. They have snow equipment storage. Highly recommend for solo travellers! "This was our third stay at Freedom Inn. We love the location within walking distance to the ski field but away from touristy Hirafu. They have a great pick up drop off shuttle service which can take you to dinner in either Hirafu or Kutchan. Try Kutchan for a more authentic japanese experience. You can even stop by an onsen on the way! There also is a free shuttle to/from the ski lifts. The rooms are very spaceous and there is an onsen/ouffro on site too. The photos don't really do this place...

"Great location, lots of bars and restaurants, close to the bus. The hotel is very basic which was fine for the price we paid. Nice simple worm breakfast that never changes. Staff are all foreigners very friendly and knowledgeable. On the first day we had many questions and Jess was very patient and helpful with a big smile. "
