During my second stay the room did not have as many electricity outlets as the first room, nor were they conveniently located. It is a pity that the promised views of Lake Hood are only available from the top floor."

"From the time we checked in until we checked out the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The dining options at the hotel were also very reasonable. "Kiki", the young lady who ran the restaurant, was so helpful to all the guests and wanted to make sure everyone was happy with their meal and bar options. All of these people deserve raises. Our room was beautiful and quiet."
