"Everything here was convenient, from the shuttle to and from airport to on site rent a car. Which did come in handy as I did not come in with the thought of even renting a car. I learned that when I rented a taxi to go to the museum. By the time I paid for the taxi and a tip I could’ve just rented a car. I ended up renting a car for 24 hours and I did a trip down to the north pole and did some hiking around the area , if you want to explore the Fairbanks area on your own it’s not walkable...
