"Great stay, good clean room, excellent service and fab breakfast. Only thing I would add re breakfast would be the addition of some lemon slices near the hot water/coffee facilities. But very minor issue as love juice too."

"This hotel is very convenient for Heathrow Airport. I have stayed there for early morning flights or for a late arrival. Nice bar and restaurant is very good for breakfast buffet. "

"With no windows and no air conditioning it was very hot and stuffy, beds were tiny and not comfortable, no glasses only paper cups which you had to ask for in the cafe, no ice either. But staff could not be more lovely and helpful, the location was perfect and the price reflex the basic room. "

"Arrived at 245p. Received a room that was part of the CATEGORY of what we ordered but was smaller than we expected. Alex and Anastasia were able to accommodate us to a bigger room in the same CATEGORY as what we ordered which was awesome. The room was clean, however there were ants that would crawl out of their holes and into our room during our entire stay. We simply texted the housekeeping to clean it, and they did promptly. The breakfast was included; we ordered whatever we liked each day...
