"We recently stayed at this hotel and were generally pleased with our experience, although there were a few surprises. Unfortunately, we were not aware at the time of booking that our room was located one floor up from the lift, requiring us to navigate a final set of narrow stairs, one of which was broken. This could be challenging for some guests. The layout of the family room was somewhat unusual and might not be ideal for everyone, though it was just about suitable for our close-knit family....

Coffee machine in the room didn't work, friendly staff tried fixing it without success but gave me a coffee from the restaurant. I was informed parking is charged per day however I was charged for 2 nights (and 2 days) while I arrived in the evening and left early morning. "

"I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. Also, couldn’t find the hair dryer or room safe till the last day. Breakfast was tasty and the lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and took pride in her work. Rooms were very clean and bed comfortable. Loved my balcony overlooking the city. One lovely staff member even went to the store to buy...
