"Good facilities, good size for 6 people supermarket 5 minute walk away. Spa and pool excellent the kids loved it, well equipped kitchen. The only problem was the smoke detectors are very sensitive, there's one on the bathroom which was triggered by steam from the shower and one was set off by spray deodorant, so security show up and say there's a problem and you have to open the balcony door, not ideal in winter. Overall a good stay."

"Spacious (Marquis) lots of space for 3 people. Very close walk to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well appointed although we ended up only doing breakfasts in our room. Dining room table is large and good for playing cards (seats at least 6 people). Only knock was couch was ok but could have been a little more comfortable- maybe just add some cushions. Had elevator which was nice vs carrying luggage up 3 flights. "

"Wonderful 2 bed apartment within easy walking distance of Bruges. Amenities were plentiful - sugar, salt (needs a refill), pepper, tea, coffee. Quiet area. Nice communal space. Would recommend to all! Thank you! "

"Comfortable and close to everything"

"Such a welcoming and cosy home in Bruges - not far to walk to the centre and toasty warm coming back from the Christmas markets. Lots of space for us all to spread out (7) and the home is very beautiful to be in. Beds all super comfortable with crisp linen too. The house doesn’t actually have a hot tub - it’s an indoor jacuzzi bath but there is a sauna with double shower. The kitchen is well equipped although the kettle didn’t work when we were there . Would recommend."

"The apartment was very spacious & spotlessly clean. Heating was very efficient & double glazing meant we often turned it off - even in December. Hosts were very welcoming & helpful - providing information, booking taxis etc. We also appreciated the effort placed on recycling garbage. The location of Bonobo was perfect for us - a short walk to all the many points of interest in Brugge. "

"Charming and comfortable, De Hoedenmaker was the perfect place to stay on my first visit to Bruges. Pascal met us to orient us to the house and the city, and made great recommendations. The historic house is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The terrace was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal. "One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Then when checking in online, we were asked to pay an extra price for a cot. That's like paying for an adult to stay in a hotel, then asking them to pay for their bed. The cot should be included, if the infant has already been paid for. We made do with our bassinet pram instead. "

Beautiful stay, exceptional staff!

"I would stay a million times over. The building is beautiful & they have decorated all its little quirks to give it a warm and welcoming feel without clutter. It has such an indivisible feel and we felt right at home straight away. The staff are excellent in customer service but also in general as helpful and fun as you’d want. They provide a map and at advice you might need and a warm chat when you get back. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated, note there’s no lift if you have mobility issues but no worries for us. The bed was simply fantastic and the bathroom well presented. I would like a shower head holder at head height but that’s being very British of me! The breakfast is worth all the comments made!! I loved it. It’s so well thought out and put together, there’s something for everyone and it’s kicks off the day well! The walk to the market square is max 7 mins very flat and this is basically central. I will be coming back to Bruges and 100% plan to stay there again. Thanks to the team for such a nice stay."
