Definitely swing by the blue bell creamery, Volares for a quiet and wonderful dinner in a very nice environment, Must be heaven for a quick lunch and a step back in time in a 1950s diner. Wonderful trip overall. Will definitely be back.

Although we did not go there this trip, the Barnhill Theater is a great venue for musical performances. It is exquisitely restored and maintained. Obviously a source of pride for the community as is the downtown area in general.

Very cute town and EVERYONE was so nice and poliet. Everything you need is right there and it flowed nicely, meaning traffic lights are quick SONIC! Worth the wait for the soft yummy ice. I check the ice at conv. stores before I will do business.

Quiet Texas town, beautiful Catholic church only couple minutes away from the B&B.

"The Heritage Inn and Suites exceeded my expectations. My room and rest of the hotel were extremely clean (one of my top priorities for a hotel). My room was very quiet and I felt safe being alone going to and from my car at night. The guest pantry instead of vending machines was a nice idea. I noticed my room was missing a safe which would have been nice to have but had no problems with any of my belongings being bothered. I did not get to try the hot breakfast so cannot review it. Overall, it was a very relaxing and comfortable place and I would definitely stay here again. "
