"Beautiful lobby, welcome drinks nightly. Room was large. Room came with slippers but no robes. We called and asked for robes and although our room type did not include them, they graciously gave them to us, which was very nice. We had a car and called ahead to make sure that they had parking available because their advertisement said they had an on site parking structure. "Just in Verona for a quick overnight and wish we had more time after enjoying this hotel and its great location! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, beautiful piazzas, and the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and gave wonderful options for a few restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, had fabulous ambient lighting and a fairly large bathroom and perfect waterfall shower! "

"Smallish room but plenty for one person. Would be tight for 2. Bathroom floors EXTREMELY slippery when wet. Be careful. (Im an interior designer and know that polished porcelain has no place in a bathroom). Bed comfortable. Room was updated and well kept. Breakfast great. Staff nice. I will definitely stay here again! VERY close to train station and easy walk to city center. Great stay overall!"

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"The rooms are quite nice. The location is nearly 2kms outside of Verona central. The walk is not very pleasant and you need to cross a freeway. However the hotel provides a one way shuttle into Verona which is really great. There is very limited taxis though so coming back at night after dinner or when it’s raining you are still going to have to walk. We still had a lovely stay regardless"

"Lovely hotel. Beds were a little firm but still slept ok. Very clean and lovely touches like the cleaning staff putting my child’s cuddly toys propped on the pillow. Lovely outside terrace area.
