Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special.

Our stay at the Hotel Milano & Spa was excellent. The staff were top notch, the rooms are a good size, beds are extremely comfortable, and in hotel breakfast was yummy! Would recommend highly and would stay again if we return to Verona.

This is a special place. The rooms are comfortable and quiet (especially considering the central location and it was fully booked). The rooftop restaurant is spectacular. Perhaps best of all was the gracious and courteous staff. Even if one staff member was already helping us, others would always pitch in to make things flow as smoothly and pleasantly as possible.

We stayed at Hotel Milano apartments which is about 15 minutes walk from the main hotel. The apartments are really clean, beds are comfortable and they are equipped with everything you could need. The maids attended the apartment everyday and left it spotless. We had breakfast in the hotel and the selection of food on offer was excellent. Every member of staff was so helpful and friendly, they really made our stay special.

The staff was so over the top helpful, gracious and accomodating. I had a knee injury so they gave us longer in hot tub and always checked how they could assist. The breakfast was so fantastic. The room was refreshing and comfortable. Very clean. In all areas the theme was in excelling expectations.

Amazing. 50m from Arena di Verona. Staff were amazing. Right from arrival by hire car, helped ensure our car was registered on the city ‘car zone’ so we didn’t get fined, all rooms get 15 min slot for the rooftop jacuzzi - where else can you enjoy a jacuzzi 50m from a world heritage site view!). Rooms excellent. On departure, the staff allowed us to store our luggage safely and then, organised the taxi for us to get to the station on time. Would highly recommend this hotel!
