The front desk staff were wonderful, offering tips on local historical sites and restaurants at check in. Later, when we needed directions to a local pharmacy, they were quick to help us out and checked in to make sure my husband was feeling better. Execellent location at the center of Venice, walkable to all tourist attractions. The hotel is right next to the Rialto bridge, only 2 stops from the Venice Santa Lucia train station via the public boat transportation. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a lot of details. Great location to walk to Rialto Bridge, gondolas, St. Mark's Square, and really all of Venice. Clean, modern and a very helpful staff who let us check in early. Room was so clean and beautiful with an epic view of the canal. Roof deck bar has the best view in Venice in my opinion. Will stay there for sure if we're ever back in Venice.
