Great location, centrally located to walk to many highlights of Venice. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When back in Venice, this will be my go to hotel. Our room was absolutely beautiful, overlooked (1 floor off the canal) the canal and extremely quiet. Minutes walk to many restaurants, Rialto Bridge or St. Marks Square. Highly recommend for your stay in Venice. Thank you!

A Perfect Venetian Getaway The hotel is a perfect blend of Venetian charm and modern comfort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. The location is perfect, just steps away from St. Mark’s Square and with easy access to all the iconic sights of Venice. Our room was beautifully decorated in traditional Venetian style, with elegant furnishings and a stunning view of the canal. Breakfast was a great start to each day, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. The concierge provided good recommendations for local restaurants. This hotel is centrally located, walking distance to the bridge of sighs, St. Mark’s Square, shops, The Doge’s Palace, St. Mark’s Cathedral, restaurants, canals, and the vaporetto. Since the hotel is next to the canal, you can take the water taxi from the airport and get off right at the hotel lobby. If you prefer to be on a budget, you can still of course take the vaporetto (Alilaguna) from the airport and get off at San Marco station and walk to the hotel for a couple of minutes. So accessible! The hotel staff are friendly, accommodating, mindful, and helpful. The breakfast was more than sufficient. Food quality is very good, the fruits are fresh, the bread selection was great. The room was big, we got a patio with a city view, it had a balcony, sufficient closet space, the bathroom was surprisingly large enough for Europe (American hotel bathrooms tend to be bigger). No issues whatsoever with the amenities. The staff cleaned the room regularly, the sheets were fresh, the pillows appear clean and disinfected. We would stay at this property again! We had a wonderful and memorable time.

Came to Venice on our 20th anniversary and decided to stay at this hotel. Upon entering I noticed construction work being done and I heard nothing but jackhammers busting through concrete. They did not let us know that construction work was being done at the hotel or I would have changed locations. It Is no fun wanting to sleep in on your anniversary and being woke up every morning to loud jackhammers right outside your window. When I asked about it they said it happened five days ago which means they could have gave the guest time to change but didn't think it was necessary as they wanted to make money instead of making their guests happy. They thought for the inconvenience of the noise they wouod give 1 free drink. But every time we went to the bar there was no one there to get a drink. We wound up going to a bar around the courner. The location is great but if you decide to stay here call first to make sure there is no work being done, as it was so loud that you couldn't stay in the room without losing your mind. Very disappointing
