"Beautiful hotel, modern decor, and a comfortable bed. Room was extremely spacious. Felt as though it was missing a sofa or chair as the light was shining on an empty space. TV had sky sports which I was very happy about when we got the back the room and the boxing was on. The lady at the reception when we arrived recommended a nice place local to go eat because when asked if we wanted breakfast, we said no as we are late risers. This was fantastic non-biased customer service "

"We booked the hotel as we were visiting the C&J Live for a show. I booked for my girls' birthdays and let the hotel know about it, and they kindly decorated the room for them, leaving juice, sweets, a teddy bear, and a card for each of them, and personally wished them happy birthdays, which I thought was very nice. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel breakfast was good too 😋 I would definitely return."

Inexperienced/poorly trained staff (at check in and checkout, the staff members announced their newness and lack of familiarity with the hotel systems. Desk attendants sitting and having personal conversations as we came and want throughout our stay, not acknowledging us, saying hello, or asking if we were enjoying our stay). "Overall a nice stay but hotel dated in some areas. Our room was comfortable but the bathroom in need of uplift. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant staff not as attentive. Breakfast was average. Pretty poor continental selection and the sausages poor quality. "

"The closeness to the airport is very good. The transport from the hotel is good but coming back it is difficult to reach and get cabs. I wish they at least had some Indian or more vegetarian dishes in their menu and their kitchen only operated limited time in the day."
