"Hotel and location was amazing - perfect for a couple escaping to do Christmas shopping without the kids! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was the refusal to allow us to access a room they told us was ready, without telling us we’d have to pay £20. Seems unnecessary to try & get the extra money from people if the room is made up & empty. Given its location near a shopping centre, it would be great for people to be able to shop & drop back at their room if required. We weren’t about to use £20...
