"Lovely stay as always..we had a twin room in an annexe off the main building, Cosy, with very comfy beds and also very clean Helpful, friendly staff and delicious breakfast too. Xmas decorations made it feel very festive! Central position in the middle of High Street was great. Will definitely be back & would recommend! "

"Perfect overnight stay. We were going to a concert at the Leas Cliff Hall. The Burlington is a 10 minute walk away and in a lovely part of Folkestone. Room was very comfortable. Hotel wifi recommended as mobile coverage not great."

"Enjoyed a one night stay here. Received a complimentary upgrade on arrival. Lovely spacious room with large bathroom including a roll top bath. L’occitane toiletries were available in the room. Bed was large and very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Hotel was quiet and we were not disturbed at all during the night. Complimentary water and coffee in room. "Booked this hotel a the very last minute as the one we were due to stay in had a gas leak. Room was comfy with plenty of storage space. The bed was big. I’m quite fussy when it comes to pillows so it wasn’t the best for me but others may like it. Breakfast was very nice and a wide selection to choose from. The bar area was nice and modern and all the staff were very friendly. I would happily stay there again. "
