"My husband and I stayed there late September,it was our first stop on a two week trip to Italy. The hotel is very traditional, older Italian and very well-maintained. It is located at the top of a mountain so the view from our room was unbelievable.The drive up the mountain may take some getting used to because of the narrow winding roads but once we did it a couple of times it was no problem.The staff was great and the town it is in has everything you need as far as shops and restaurants.We had a car and there was always plenty of parking.We would highly recommend this hotel.The complimentary breakfast was great, Italian meats,cheeses, pastries, as well as yogurt, cereal, and toast and of course amazing coffee!!"

"I booked a single room which was small but well laid out. View from the room overlooking the pool area and ocean was stunning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me. It was just a short walk from the center of town. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was a huge selection. I unfortunately had the chance to use the pool or beach area as I ran out of time but both areas looked beautiful, clean and inviting. The hair dryer provided in the room could use an upgrade but it did the trick. Would stay again!"

"Such a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the main area of Amalfi. Saves you from walking up hills with your luggage. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. While it would be great to have more options for breakfast, it was still enjoyable. Simple but classic breakfast. Just take note, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. If you are a light sleeper, you may find it difficult at times. Hotel still holds that original Italian coastal property vibe and don't expect modern features. Be in the element. Bathroom and shower can feel tight but again it is manageable. The views at the property from the balcony are amazing and having a jacuzzi was fantastic. I would rebook again without hesitation."
