"Room was decently clean. Polite and courteous staff. Clean beds. Good breakfast. Did not like room service. Trash was left in the room as it is. No microwave, water kettle was rusty, no plastic paper cups or glasses provided. "

"Beautiful view from my room. I loved waking up to the skyline. The room was very spacious but extremely old furnishing. There were also moths in the room that were coming out of a nook but otherwise a nice place to be and not too far from the Australian open. "

"Great value for money, great location, great breakfast but the line for check in was ridiculous and the worst I’ve struck. If heck in is at 2pm and your full or close to then why don’t you roster staff appropriately. The check in line was back to the elevators ( about 14 people in front of me )and 2 people on reception. The 2 staff were also on the phone, sorting out peoples internet and keys not working issues and it took over half an hour. Apart from that it was good ."
