We were never told we had to book a table nor were we informed there would be an event that evening allowing food only to be served in the bar area. We were eventually accommodated with another table being set up. "Hotel was great, did not expect to pay for parking as it said parking and was not clear a charge for parking under the hotel on site. cost £15 for overnight, Dining room was good, had lunch and evening meal. We booked breakfast, a full English, but cooked a long time ahead, even though down for breakfast soon after opening time. Bacon hard and rubbery has was the eggs, not a very good breakfast and at the cost should have been fresh. Better to go to Sainsburys across the road for breakfast....

"My stay here was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations is pretty much every way, including luggage being taken up to my room so it was waiting for me when I was ready to check in. Breakfast was great and the wait wasnt very long at all for the meals being freshly cooked. The only downside was that the bed was hard as a rock, and i prefer a softer bed. I would recommend this hotel! "
