"We love this hotel so so much! The staff are super nice and helpful. We had issues with our snowboard gears that we had to ship from the US and they were so responsive to all my emails and were very helpful. We are so grateful to them especially Iliana and Sarah. They truly provide the best service. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is old but I wouldn’t say outdated at all. It has character. We wouldn't have it any other way.
