"The room was great. Clean. Dining options in the area not so good. Front desk staff were friendly but were not helpful when inquiring about tourist options or directions. Not everyone is tech savvy with apps. Just were told go on this or that app. That made our trip daunting as we were visiting from Qld."

"Lovely hotel only thing was it says quiet rooms ours wasnt we had lift on one wall and a very noisy alley/aircon system outside window. Cleaning staff very polite but didnt fill our tea/coffe/sugar/milk up for 4 days had to keep asking but all in all good hotel "

"A quiet stay with standard service. Concierge on Saturday afternoon was brilliant. We weren’t made aware of the major renovations occurring. Room had an internal window that looked out over the renovations and into the pool and gym. Because of this the privacy was lacking in our room and public spaces. Stayed in a family suite. The second ‘bedroom’ was small and the door wouldn’t stay shut as the strike plate was missing. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked, it was sticky. Beds were suitably...
