"Just a one-night stay before flying out in the morning to Aruba. A friend drove us from Cape Cod to the Hyatt but had to do it early because of his schedule. We arrived at noon and asked for an early check-in and they were able to accommodate us. Had both lunch and dinner there and the food was good. Nice, helpful employees there. We have been staying there for years before any trip we take that start at Logan Airport. "

"The price that I paid to stay here was cheaper than ANY other hotel I paid for. It’s clean, looks somewhat futuristic/modern. There’s no room service but they have 2 options for dining. The rooftop (12th floor) and main lobby. Both were phenomenal. I had absolutely zero complaints about this hotel. "Great location to visit many areas of downtown by either a short walk or quick ride. We were visiting as a family for a sporting event being hosted at Harvard; we loved staying in the city and being able to walk to lots of dining options. The convenience of a Starbucks in the lobby and the hotel restaurant (Wisteria) were also nice bonuses. We would choose this hotel again. Great value with the exception of the overnight parking ($59/night); we parked our car elsewhere and walked. "
