The restaurant adjacent to the hotel served the worst quality food I encountered in my traveling experience: low quality watered down eggs, unpleasant sausage, water down coffee. It was expensive and abysmal. Most of the staff has basic english speaking skills so it was a challenge to communicate, get accurate directions, etc. "

Impressive customer service and friendly staff - I LOVE ‘the club’ - it’s my morning coffee, my office, and truly enjoy the little Happy Hour in the evening with snacks, local wine and beer. Staff is extremely attentionate and scores high on personal service. Highly recommend this place as ‘the hotel’ downtown Toulon."

"Hotel Ligo had a fun, colorful design. The room and lobby were very clean. Blackout blinds covered the windows at night. The bed was comfortable. However, the hotel needed more staff. When we arrived at breakfast, half the tables were covered by other guests' dirty dishes. The plates had run out. One of the coffee machines had no mugs. On the second day, the eggs were cold (not room temperature -- actually cold!). There was a long line at checkout because the front desk had just one worker. I...

"Everything was good in terms of convenience and easy to explore Marseille. The room is spacious and the kitchen has good cutlery and utensils for cooking. Only one negative is that for soundproof rooms as advertised on Expedia...I can hear the sounds of kids crying and running in the hallway and above me."
