"Brilliant stay. The room was very comfy. The hotel was very accommodating, I had an early flight, and they had my room ready by 11am even though check in was at 3pm. And as I had a late flight, they let me stay an hour longer after check out without any issues. A few negatives: they had some maintenance issues - water was turned off from 11-3pm on my day of departure (which luckily didn’t impact me but may to some people). I had no toilet roll when I first came in (but was easily remedied). Other than this, the room was nice and warm and the bed was very comfortable. Staff lovely and helpful. "
