"I had a room with King bed at the end of floor 7 which had beautiful views of city & harbours."

"Very convenient location. Bathroom could do with a bit of a spruce around bath area. Breakfast was fantastic highky recommended it. Staff all cery friendly and polite."

"Cannot fault my stay here. Very nice check in friendly staff, nice bar area, excellent gym and pool/sauna. Just a very nice feel to the place. My only gripe would be having to pay for parking although only £3 if you booked direct through the hotel there was no charge. Seems unfair. And also very limited 0% alcohol selection in the bar. I will definitely be staying here again though. "

"Another lovely stay, but the bar service is a bit chaotic while the building works ongoing. Also a lot of dust on the tables (building work) so it took a while to find a clean table and to be served. Passed on feedback about overwhelming body odour smell in reception and it was sensitively handled. Not the usual front of house experience I have at Chester due to this unfortunately. "
