"The Lensbury is a very good solution for staying in comfortable surroundings in South West London. Thecrooms are good, we didcask for a bath when booking but were put in a room withba shower (ugh)! however we survived. Whatcwas bad was, lack of properv cleaning if the room, wash basin and lavatory not cleaned. Also very annoying to be told at 9pm after dinner that the coffee machine had "been closed down", ie " cant be bloody bothered, why dont you have a drink"."

"All pleasant. Room was in a part of the corridor that smelt unpleasant but actual room was fine. So-called black out curtains let light in. Shower quite feeble. Overall a good stay but nothing memorable or special above what you get at a Premier Inn! 60th birthday celebration for husband. Some recognition of that by a hotel of this cost would have been nice although obviously not expected. Looked in at spa but much smaller than expected so didn’t bother to pay to spend time there. "The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and fairly spacious. I great nights sleep due to a comfy bed and thick walls. 10 out of 10 would recomend and stay again. The shuttle bus runs regularly to the airport."

"This hotel is in a beautiful part of Surrey, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were in 3019 which didn’t have a window view due to obscured glass which was a shame but as we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us. Our only other observation which we thought was odd was the mirror in the bathroom was much to high - I am 5ft 5in and could only see the top of my head. Apart from that our stay was pleasant ."
