"The lobby outlook and cleanliness and also the helpfulness of the staff makes everything go wow. However we got a corner room, the room is small and squeezy and also not that clean. A lot of dirt mark here and there. But staff provide excellent service and guidance to us on where should we go nearby the hotel"

"Location in front of train station. Staff was friendly & helpfull. The elevator was under construction. Rooms rug looked dirty. They gave us a room that was behind a city construction and they started to work at 7:40 am. They didn't advise when checked in. "

"Amazing hotel with proximity to all services. Only negative point is that the extra bed for 6 year old child had a huge gap at side which was dangerous for the child to fall. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t have any solution to fix it. "
