"I didn't like that it didn't have a 24 hour desk. Also, It took a member of staff and myself to get the front door open in the wind (the wind is a common problem in Scarborough) This happened every time I entered or left the building. The front door need to be changed to an auto sliding door"

"Kicking off our working holiday with a little over a week's stay at The Sebel. We were checked in by Nani who was informative and made everything easy, highly appreciated after 24hrs of travel! The room was clean and had everything we needed to stay self sufficient whilst getting to know the city. There are great bars and cafes nearby and the city itself is only 15mins walk down the road. We especially loved being so close to kings park and the botanical gardens. "
