"This is my third trip to Madrid over 3 months and I stayed at various hotels. The stay in this hotel was perfect for shopping, eating and going to the theater. In fact, I also went to the Lion King musical, 3 doors down. I like this hotel and as a gold member, my room was upgraded to a club room. The room was large as was the bathroom. The bed was not as comfortable as the other hotels tht I had stayed in but it was ok. Breakfast wasn’t that memorable and could be better. The rooftop terrace and...

"There were no hangers in the closet (room 719) and the floor was uneven outside the closet and from there towards the bed, Would be better to have big soap dispensers by the sink and shower instead of those little bottles. Two elevators, seemingly on separate systems - you needed to call them both to stand the best chance of getting one. None of this spoiled my stay, just little quirks that I hope it's useful to know about! Staff were excellent!"

"Very convenient hotel, ideal for a solo traveller, an ideal decent from the main attractions of Madrid and so on. Airport shuttle provided with a decent and friendly bus driver. The rooms were comfortable with a kettle, bath and shower available for the room. A lovely cafe downstairs adjacent to the foyer/reception. A pub is accessible adjacent to the foyer and reception too. "
