Pros: the place is close to public transportation with a bus stop at 1mn of the building bringing you directly to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España and a metro station at a 10mn walk. A lot of restaurants and stores for food options and daily necessities. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options, I especially liked the omelette station.
