"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

"Part of the hotel is very nice, we stood here twice the first time the room was fabulous. The second time we were in some different section of the hotel the rooms looked like they were motel rooms loud colors and much smaller, very dated. We requested to be moved and had to pay $10 dollars per day to be moved. All was well with exception of that ugly room/section. "
